Having a teacher absent from class creates problems for the students and other teachers. We realize that it is sometimes impossible for a teacher to attend every class session, which is why we like to have several volunteer teachers on a stand-by basis.

This is a great way to contribute to our program while still allowing yourself flexible and optional time involvement. For those with less experience, you may also serve as a helper or assistant to a trained teacher.
